iOS 4.2.2 firmware (based on iOS 4.3) has just been released for the second generation Apple TV. Apple has fixed a host of bugs related to audio and video whilst including the usual slew of stability/performance improvements in the new 4.2.2 update for Apple TV 2G.

1. Audio: Addressed an issue in which audio is not output when playing some video content.
2. Video playback: Addresses an issue in which video is not displayed when playing some content.
